Customer Satisfaction Policy
We guarantee that our products are the finest available. If you are unsatisfied in any way, we will gladly replace any product. As cookies are a perishable item, simply return the unused portion, all packaging, and a description of the problem to us within one week of receipt at the following address (we are not responsible for return postage):

If one of our gift items should arrive broken or damaged, please contact us toll-free at 1(866)FUN-GIFT or by e-mailing us at Sales@BeautifulSweets.com, and we will gladly replace the broken item.

At Beautiful Sweets, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Orders sent to PO Boxes are not guaranteed, as the post office has lost or broken many shipments. We strongly suggest avoiding shipping to PO Boxes whenever possible. We will not replace broken items shipped via the post office. We also cannot guarantee orders being sent to hospitals or hotel addresses, as we have no control over how the cookies are handled internally or if the guest/patient has checked out. As cookies are perishable items, we do not refund orders that have already been shipped.
