Gluten Free CookiesWe are extremely excited to announce our new line of gluten-free cookies. We have spent many months developing and testing our gluten-free recipes and the feedback we have received from all of our testers is that they taste terrific! Our gluten-free cookies are baked in a separate and completely isolated kitchen to insure there is no cross contamination. The available flavors include vanilla, chocolate and gingerbread. In developing our gluten-free line, we utilized the expertise of one of the leading gluten-free cooks in the country (Jean Duane - The Alternative Cook). Jean expertise with gluten-free baking was instrumental in enabling us to come up with such a great tasting line of gluten-free cookies. We also highly recommend Jean's newest gluten-free cookbook, entitled Bake Deliciously! We will initially be offering the below styles as our first gluten-free offerings, however, we do plan to make more styles available over time. Feel free to also contact us for any special requests.
